All products are professionally packaged to eliminate damage however once it leaves the warehouse it is out of our control. We will do our best to find your item/items or have the item/items replaced as soon as humanly possible. This our commitment. By ordering from Directoryforweddings.com you agree not to hold us liable for your packages arriving late due to shipping problems that arise from UPS, Fed Ex or Canada/US Postal services, war, terrorist attacks or "Acts of God" such as, snow storms, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods etc. Any items that has been shipped and have not reached their destination or have arrived damaged are the responsibility of UPS, Fed Ex or Canada/US Postal services and is covered under insurance.
