Cheque - Do your order online and choose the Send Cheque option. Make two copies of your order and send one copy with your cheque. *Once we receive payment your order will then be processed. How Do I Cancel My Order?
All orders are processed the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. We have one business day after this to cancel your order. After this, your order will be on it's way and once you receive your items you will have to pay for return shipping costs. If you are not completely sure about an item we suggest to wait a couple days to be sure this what you really want.
What Happens If An Item I Ordered is on Back Order?
Items that are on back order will delay your shipping times once an order has been placed. Depending on the supplier it can take 5 days to a month before we know when the product is on Back Order and when the estimated time the product will be available to ship.
Broken and Late Items?
All
products are professionally packaged to eliminate damage however once
it leaves the warehouse it is out of our control. We will do our best
to find your item/items or have the item/items replaced as soon as
humanly possible. This our commitment. By ordering from
Directoryforweddings.com you agree not to hold us liable for your
packages, arriving late due to shipping problems that arise from UPS,
Fed Ex or Canada/US Postal services, war, terrorist attacks or "Acts of
God" such as, snow storms, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods etc. Any
items that has been shipped and have not reached their destination or
have arrived damaged are the responsibility of UPS, Fed Ex or Canada/US
Postal services and is covered under insurance. Our commitment to you- We will do our best to find your item/items or have the item/items replaced as soon as humanly possible.
What if I'm having problems with the web site?
We take pride in the performance of our web site but sometimes there are problems loading the pages due to a high volume of visitors at any given time, dial-up service or a problem with our or your Internet Service Provider. We suggest If you are on dial up you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider to upgrade as pictures on any web site take longer to download. Package prices have come down drastically and this will save you allot of time and frustration as you navigate the web. If you've signed up with our E-Newsletter we will let you know in advance of any issues or if we are doing system upgrades. We encourage you to try us again soon, and if the problem persists we would like to know. Please contact us to try to find out what is causing it.
Where are my items shipped from?
Some of our suppliers are from both Canada and the US and ship directly from their warehouse to you. If you order multiple products from different suppliers you will receive your products in multiple shipments, as well as different delivery times. This does not affect your shipping rate costs.
Shipping Times
To ensure that you receive your order on time well before your big day please order your items as early as possible.
It generally takes 6 - 12 BUSINESS days for regular ground service. Add an additional 2 days for personalization (Printing and Engraving). Any orders shipped to a PO Box will take an additional 2-6 days and can only be sent ground.
Products that will be Shipped from the USA. Generally takes 10 - 20 BUSINESS Days. Please allow an extra 5 - 10 BUSINESS days for personalized products (Printing and Engraving). Customer Service will email you the tentative shipping date if longer than .
For customers paying by cheque allow an additional 10 business days.

Shipping Methods
Items will be shipped via Canada Post, United States Postal Service and UPS. For Rush Orders/Express options are available for an additional fee. Please contact customer service to advise you of your options and associated costs.
*Please Note - There has been a few cases where Canada Post & UPS may charge you a Customs/Brokerage fee when your product is delivered. Please pay the courier and contact us so that we may credit you back. There should not be any brokerage fees from UPS as we use World Ease shipping.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Our shipments always require a signature. You will be left a notification card to pick up at your local carrier office if you are not home, it may be best to have your order shipped to an address you are at during the day.
How can I track my parcel once it has shipped?
Your order is insured and has a tracking number. Most companies give you a tracking number and then you are on your own to call. With Directoryforweddings.com we will track it for you. If you would like to know where your order is or if it on it's way you need only to contact us and we will do the tracking for you.
