Wedding Reception Room Layout Tool

Wedding Reception Room Layout Plan

Wedding Reception Room Layout Tool

The wedding Reception layout tool will assist in placing your tables, Bar, DJ Booth and more. Complete and then print a copy for everyone involved in the set up of your wedding venue.

The Wedding Reception Room Layout Tool is an easy to use Word Document to set up your Wedding Reception Tables, Head Table, Bar and more... Having a good idea of how your room is laid out will prevent any last minute changes and works as a great communication tool if you have a hired a Wedding Planning or Wedding Designer and you have a specific vision in mind.

When you first visit your wedding venue location there are a few important factors to consider.

1. Where are there power outlets? There is nothing worse than wanting lights in a certain area only to find out there is no power and you are scrambling for a an extension cord. Then you do and the extension cord has now become a safety concern. Most DJ's will require 220 power for their equipment as well.

2. Is all of my guests going to be able to see the head Table? This becomes an issue for large scale weddings if 100 or more. See How many Can I seat at a table. Once you have set up your room and confirmed that the layout is going to work for the venue you simply print a copy for everyone involved in the set up of the event including, the venue's Event Planner, Decorators, Bartenders, DJ and the person involved in seating your guests, this way everyone is on the same page.

Save the Word Document on Your Computer

Please remember when printing use the Landscape Option
