Completing your Pre-Guest List will help you and your fiánce deterimine how many guests will be attending your wedding and keep you online with your budget. List every possible guest then go from there. You will find that you might decide to have more or less people than expected. Ask your parents, family and friends for input so that you don't miss anyone.
Keep in mind that it is possible that 10%-15% will not be able to attend your wedding due to other engagements, unforeseeable circumstances and work. Let your out of town guests know your wedding date by sending out Save The Date Cards as soon as possible to ensure that they will be able to attend.
Master Guest List
The Master Guest list is to help you to list every guest you have invited to your wedding. From this list you can transfer all the information to your Mailing List, to your Table Arrangement Plan and Gift Opening List.
On each page you can list 10 guests; Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone, Fax and Cell number. A check box for Invitations sent, RSVP's received, food Preferences and Table number. There is plenty of room to write notes at the bottom, example food allergies.
